What is the Arc Trainer?
Cybex's cross trainer - the Arc Trainer - is scientifically tested to be gentler on your joints, burns 16% more calories than an elliptical, and is stronger and more durable than ellipticals. The Cybex Arc Trainer offers broad incline and resistance ranges which means it is 3 machines in one. At the lower incline levels, the glide is a cross country skier. In the mid-range levels, the motion is a stride (like an elliptical except with proper positioning). And at the high levels, the climb of a stepper or climber. Glide, Stride, and Climb. And the variety of programs make the Arc Trainer fun to use.

Can I try your machines before I buy?
Yes. Since Cirrus offers only the top of the line commercial grade equipment from Cybex, thousands of the top gyms use the same fitness equipment you are considering for your home. A product trial can be arranged by calling your local Cirrus representative.

Why should I buy from Cirrus versus a local dealer?

Do I have other options besides college?
Yes. In addition to Cirrus's collegiate line of machines, fans can inquire about their favorite NBA, NFL and MLB teams. Cirrus also offers custom color designs for home decor.

Is the customization just paint and decals?
No. While custom decals and original paint highlight the visual features of each machine, it is the one-of-a-kind customized colorization of the plastics which really bring Cirrus officially licensed products to life.

Where are Cirrus products sold?
Cirrus is sold direct to you through our highly trained sales staff. We make it easy...our products are available on the web, in person or over the phone. Cirrus prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and loyalty.

Is there a shipping and installation charge?
Cirrus club-quality equipment requires special handling and care. We have professional shippers and installers who will deliver your items and position them in your home. Charges vary by the quantity and type of items you order and your home location. Products are shipped directly from Medway, MA and Owatonna, MN. Installation and shipping charges are calculated upon the entry of your order.

How are my products delivered?
Products are shipped and delivered in one shipment by freight and installation professionals. Prior to delivery we will gather certain information to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Installers will uncrate and unpack the equipment and position it in your chosen room.
